- My Store (₹499/year): Provides a dedicated digital business storefront to showcase complete product catalogs, machinery specifications, factory capabilities, and direct inquiry access.
- Direct Deals: Sellers receive direct customer enquiries with zero middleman commissions on sales.
- Truthfulness: Sellers must submit truthful and verifiable business information, legal entity names, GSTIN, and physical operating premises.
- Statutory Compliance: Sellers are solely responsible for maintaining applicable government registrations, industry licenses, and tax compliance (GST/MCA/MSME).
- Catalog Accuracy: All product descriptions, specifications, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and pricing details must be accurate and up-to-date.
- Prohibited Content: Sellers may not list counterfeit, illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or hazardous products. Any violation results in immediate listing termination.
- SaudaNama computes an explainable 100-point Trust Index based on government database checks (GSTN, MCA, Udyam), authorized signatory KYC, and geo-tagged physical premises verification.
- Trust Scores cannot be purchased, manipulated, or altered. Scores reflect objective server-side audit results.
- Sellers agree to allow periodic automated validation of their public tax and corporate filing status.
- Sellers must respond professionally to genuine buyer RFQs, WhatsApp inquiries, and commercial communications in a timely manner.
- Sellers must clearly communicate commercial trade terms, shipping terms, dispatch timelines, warranties, and return policies directly to prospective buyers.
- SaudaNama provides discovery infrastructure and does not act as a broker or direct party to commercial contracts between buyers and sellers.
The platform fees (₹49/year for Business Listing and ₹499/year for My Store) cover digital presence, verified directory listing, and self-managed storefront tools on SaudaNama. SaudaNama does not take commission markups on product sales or B2B transactions executed between businesses.
